The Bike and Women Liberation

People tend to forget that the bike helped women liberation more than
Marx. It was TRUE LIBERATION rather than liberation from capitalism
only to be enslaved to the Mighty State. Then communism fell apart and
women are either enslaved to their car or to the kitchen. I don't
think I want to push either for Women Liberation either since that
term is rather abused. The Right to Vote came along the Bike
Liberation but it was a rather wasted opportunity. Neither communism
nor capitalism delivered the goods. Gays are out of the closet but
women are still in the cage.

So what's the next step? I think THE BIKE IS THE VEHICLE OF
LIBERATION. Bike Liberation is the only one that deliver the goods. Of
course, maternity leave and all kinds of benefits the Scandinavians
get go with it.

When are we going to have similar signs warning us of the dangers
involved in driving, including obesity, pollution and accidents?
